Build a Professional Mentality

Indeed, Indonesia has the potential to also export the labor-professional manpower to foreign countries in various classes: petroleum, mining, forestry, literature, art, and others.
For two of the above required a big effort: develop a professional mentality.
- Quality mentality
A professional showing the best performance possible. Deliberately he will not show the second best (less than the best) because it knows that action is in fact a suicide profession. A professional work itself is always in the best tip (cutting edge) area of expertise. He did it because the essence of the profession wanted to achieve a real perfection, penetrates the limits of the practical impossibility, to quench the thirst of man would be ideal quality: strength, beauty, justice, kindness, usefulness.
Clearly, professionalism is not synonymous with higher education. Foremost is the basic attitude or mentality. Then a stone carver at the corners of Bali for example, although not graduated from high school, but able to carve out with all my heart to produce a work of carving the finest and best, is actually a professional. An elementary school teacher in Papua hicks who teach with dedication for the intelligence of all pupils is a professional.
On the other hand, a doctor who handles his patients with a hurry because the patient is not pursuing a professional quota. Similarly, a professor who teaches at random, examine the origin so, foster students too much to sacrifice quality, not a professional. Or, an engineer who intentionally reduced doses of building materials for the sake of greater profits is not a professional.
So first mentality is a professional high standard of work which is oriented around the ideal perfection of quality.
