It is important to emphasize that these four elements must be present in the right balance. A person with a high level of motivation may not reach favorable results if you do not have the capabilities and focus (orientation output) needed.
Therefore, we must consider in each program of organizational or personal reasons:

- The quality of the (building).
- The right direction (goal).
