Why is motivation important? A key word for success in business is the motivation.A person who is not motivated about your idea will not be able to launch your project or keep it on the market. Many people have ideas (which is of course very good), but the trick is to bring these ideas to reality. No motivation to fight, to persevere, to investigate, even with a very good idea, you will not be successful in your project.Motivation is important, because the business requires not only knowledge and skills, but mostly hard work and perseverance.

One of the first advice you get here for job interviews is: “If you like the job or the company, you have to convince them by showing that you’re motivated.”Why? The French believe that motivation is one of the most important things to be productive. And this applies also to succeed in business.
